Information we receive
When you submit the contact form or email us directly, we receive the information you provide, which typically includes your name, organization, email, and a description of the business outcome you are seeking. We may also receive standard web server logs, which can include IP address, user agent, referrer, and timestamps.
How we use it
We use submitted information to respond to your inquiry, scope potential advisory work, coordinate scheduling, and maintain engagement records. Server logs are used for security monitoring and troubleshooting.
Sharing
We do not sell contact information. We do not share your information with third parties for marketing. We may share information with service providers that operate our hosting, email, scheduling, and document systems, only as needed to run the business.
Retention
We retain inquiry messages and engagement records only as long as needed for business purposes, client servicing, and recordkeeping obligations. You may request deletion of your inquiry records at any time.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS. Contact information is handled through standard business email and file storage. No system is perfectly secure; we apply reasonable controls proportionate to the nature of this practice.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you have provided. Send requests to [email protected].
Children
This site is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
We update this page when practices change. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision.
