Advisory scope
Services provided by Pinnacle Workforce Consulting are advisory and operational in nature. Work product is intended to support executive decision-making and operational improvement. Nothing on this site or in any advisory deliverable is legal counsel, tax counsel, or a fiduciary recommendation. Clients should engage qualified legal, finance, and HR counsel for matters within their scope.
Engagements
Client engagements begin after scope, timeline, fees, and terms are agreed in writing. The signed engagement document governs the specific relationship; the terms on this page are general.
Confidentiality
Information shared during scoping conversations and engagements is handled confidentially. Non-disclosure arrangements may be executed when appropriate to the engagement.
Intellectual property
Frameworks, templates, methods, and proprietary materials developed by Pinnacle Workforce Consulting remain the property of the firm unless otherwise stated in the engagement agreement. Deliverables prepared for a client may be licensed for internal use as specified in the engagement.
